There’s a lot of attention on American clean meat companies, but SuperMeat, the Israeli clean meat company that’s raised millions, including from the poultry industry, is making waves, too. Here’s a great new interview with their co-founder Shir Friedman.

Thinking about starting your own clean meat company? Y Combinator (the folks who invested in Dropbox, Airbnb, Instacart, and more) just announced they want you to apply with them!

The cellular ag start-up that’s raised the most money so far, Modern Meadow, just announced it’s partnering with a major European company to scale up its clean “bioleather.”
