Neil deGrasse Tyson’s Stellar Clean Meat Convo

As a big fan of astrophysicist Neil deGrasse Tyson, you could say it was out of this world for me to do an interview with him about clean meat, including NASA’s role in it. Check out the stellar interview that aired this week.
And if you’re interested in the regulatory side of the clean meat controversy, you may find use in my NPR (Massachusetts) interview this week.
On the milk side, Americans just keep drinking less and less of it. Well, less and less of it from cows. That’s why giant ag lender Rabobank issued a report this week advising dairy companies to stay in business…by investing in plant-based dairy. Perhaps more meat companies will start doing the same with plant-based meat. After all, even KFC (in the UK) is adding plant-based chicken to the menu. Such a shift could very well be the single most important way to reduce humanity’s planetary footprint.
See you at a London KFC soon? Maybe so!
